The famous Coastal scents 88 palette... Yes it is Definitely..
Highly pigmented shades, all shadows can also be applied wet for a deeper longer lasting effect. The compact case makes it easy for storing and traveling. The case has a matte surface and measures 9" x 6.5" (23 cm x 16.5 cm) closed. The pots are Dime Size around and contain plenty of powder for many excessive uses.
The colors do not have a ton of shimmer in them if this is what you are looking for, you can always dust shimmer over top as I did in the above photo. It is nearly a 50 50 mix of matte and satin with slight shimmer.

COASTAL SCENTS 26 PALETTE
Superb colors in a mix of shimmer, pearl and matte! This 26 pc combo set contains colors in nearly nude, to browns, taupes, peaches, pinks, rose and rich deep plums. We do not offer another color palette that can compare to this one in shades.
The first 3 blush shades from the left are matte, the 4th has shimmer and the last deep plum has a slight shimmer effect. I have actually used a few of the shadows as a blush with great results. The color payoff is incredible and they blend well creating very alluring looks from deep and sexy to light and ready for office day wear.

Our professional blush palette contains every shade needed for the makeup artist. There are 4 matte blushes (1st one on the bottom row and the last 3 on the bottom row). The rest of these have a beautiful sheen of shimmer.
